I am 5 ft 2 inches. I weigh 8 stone and 4 pounds. I have excess weight on my body. i walk quite a bit and would be relatively active but i still maintain this extra weight

thats about right, maybe a little under the average weight for that height

So you are 116lbs, or 52.62kg. You are in a normal healthy range. If you are under 18, then don't worry about it. You body is still changing as your grow.
Walking won't cure all weight problems. You have to eat right, and exercise more of your body. Walking burns fat, yes, but it won't tone all the muscle groups. Get more variety in your exercise routine, or walk with weights in your hands and move your arms while you walk. Twist slightly at the waist and hips while you walk to exercise the middle part of your body. I know it looks funny, but it works.

Hi, Well I calculate your body mass index as in the lower ideal range. Well done, but I do know how sometimes you can feel too fat even if you are not. check out this website, it may help.

I would say you are about there and whoever said your bmi is too low must have messed up their calculations. Your bmi should be between 18-24 or something and yours is about 20

Thats great, i am way too skinny, i can eat anything i want and not put any weight on, its so annoying, you are lucky to be in perfect shape

50kgs should b okie 4 ur height it depends on ur age too
