Where did you get the idea that the U.S. government likes war. The government has no conscience it is a tool to construct laws and to fund the nations programs. Unfortunately these things happen in war it is not as if anybody plans to displace, injure, or cause normal non combatants any discomfort. You could if you wanted to ask a normal American citizen these questions and they would answer nearly the same. What is on TV is not produced nor is it condoned by our government it is produced by people who for the purpose of making money sensationalize the personal tragedies of the victims and by using this footage demoralize these people even more to get the "story out" which is news people speak for lets get better ratings so we can charge more money for advertising so that they can do more of the same the following day! If you believe that to be propaganda you could be right but it doesn't come from the government it comes from the international press. Want it to stop get people to turn off the news broadcasts, when they start losing sponsors they will stop the sensationalizing! reaper out..............

We don't like wars in USA.

We had continuously been attacked by Al Qaeda since 1993 and did NOTHING.

Remember, America was bombed at the World Trade Center in 1993, Khobar Towers in 1998, Embassies in 1998 and the USS Cole was attacked in 2000. Each time we tried to work with governments that harbored Al Qaeda.

Only after 3000 civilians died on 9/11 did we realize that the Taliban and Saddam Hussein's evil regime must be toppled.

Do you want Muslims to continue to live under the fear and death of the Taliban and Saddam?

USA fought for democracy in Europe (World War I and World War II) in Japan, in Korea and Vietnam. Now all those countries are very rich and prosperous but no one ever thanked USA.

There are other questions also which may be YOU need to answer my friend.

Why we have problems, poverty and let me quote you "displacment families .death .starvation.fear .blood" wherever there is a particular mentality present. And let us clarify one thing at the very onset. It could be up to some extent to do with the insecurity of other communities. But on a larger picture all are responsible for their own miseries and troubles.

Take the glaring example of middle east where everyone claims US is supporting a war mongering Israel. True, Israel is perpetrating a lot of harm and horror in its neighbourhood. But...

The only question that nobody wishes to even talk about is, WHAT started the entire conflict?
Hezbollah attacking Israel army unprovoked.

Whatever your stand may be. Your answer lies in the realization that what is justified in your perspective may not really be justice too.

We don't like it but when we are forced to go we're pretty good at it. Like a surgeon, some times a second opinion is required, and it is left to hind site whether or not the surgery was required. However the cancer was removed, the question is whether we got the cancer. Or do we need to go in and remove the spleen too!

Unfortunately we have lost some of our rights in this country. Soon we will loose the right to speak out against the government as a whole.

Ditto to 'Kevin W' answer. Why do terrorists like to blow other innocent people up? Perhaps you should be asking that question rather than focusing your negativity towards the U.S.
