Old Skater song - 'The Pick Pocket Man' - help me find who sang it?

My brother had this OLD Thrasher Magazine Video - one of the skaters was a teen-age Natas!! The songs on it were great. I never thought I could find copies of the songs or the bands name, but now, with the help of the internet, maybe I rock old-school again
