It's phoney-baloney holiday created by a bunch of bleeding heart liberals where they all get together and pay lip-service to vacuous phrases like "saving the earth" and hold big rallies in public places -- which they then leave strewn with trash that they don't bother to pick up....

Earth Day is where you clean up around your town and other places around you and plant tress and stuff like that. To make our Earth a better place

It's an American thing that started back in the 1960's. It is one day each year that is set aside to call attention to the destruction of the planet and, hopefully, to make people think about what will happen after they have killed off all the species and polluted the atmosphere to the point where nobody can breath it.
