There has been a report of a star 40 light years away that has a Super Earth, basically, an icy rocky earth that is the size of jupitur, much like an obese pluto + charon, but for now, almost all planets known to us are "hot jupiturs," gas giants 2x the size of earth that are about 1300F at average. Dont worry though, as bacteria and other things could adapt to those life styles. Earth is not the only planet with life...

The probability of other life having evolved somewhere in the universe is pretty big, there are so many many many many stars, that probably, around some of them there are planets, if not most. So if life has evolved here, it probably has somewhere else. We will probably never get to know it though, because its probably way to far away, and also its probably not now. The universe has been around for almost 14 billion years, and life on our planet only 4 billion, but intelligent life only for about 200000, and spacegoing for only 40. And because our civilisation, like all others, probably wont be around untill the end of the earth, it is highly unlikely lifefroms from one planet will ever meet lifeforms from another. But because there a lot of probably's in this, we can't be sure. However, we can be pretty sure that if it happens, it wont in our lifetime. This theory was thought up by a man named Drake, he even made a formula for it. But that would reach beyond the scope of this website.

Right now it's widely believed that earth like planets are rare. Finding one would be like finding a perverbial "needle in a haystack". But that doesn't mean, finding other humanoids is is just as hard. I'm quite sure that there are humans on other non earth-like planets that have adapted to the conditions of their planet. Now, given that the conditions of these planets might be a bit more harsh than earth, there's no telling how it may have altered the appearance of the humanoids. But hey, true beauty is on the inside right?

At one time people used to think that another earth existed here and now but it orbited one the opposite side of the sun so we could never detect it, but with modern technology that has been disproven. how ever N.A.S.A. is working on the T.P.F. or terrestrial planet finder, but odds are we wouldn't be able to go in 50 years because it would be to far away from earth and the odds of finding a planet like earth is slim to none, but don't give up hope because anything is possible.

No, there is not another Earth. There may be another life supporting planet, but the chances of it being named Earth are slim as a pin. (Wonder where I got that expression from, huh...)
No, we won't reach it in the next 50 years. I'd have to be a cryo-astronaut if I wanted to live to see another planet. Nice try...

Astronomers has been already discovered hundreds of giant gaseous planets revolving another stars in the universe but even if man could travel in the speed of light, they could not reach for only 50 years, and as of now no earth like planet ever discovered.

How can we sit here and assume for a minute that we are the only living beings anywhere. The universe is inffinetly HUGE and, according to some popular theories, expanding. Of course there is life somewhere if not in our own galaxy then definatly in at least one of the hundreds or thousands of others. there is certainly a great possablility that there could be life forms similar to us somewhere else.
Can we reach them in the next 50 years?... No, in the next 50 years we will still be trying to populate our moon.

I know that most earth girls are a pain in the butt, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. We will not travel to another solar system in our lifetime. Our best hope is for the alien girls comes to us. I'm trying to send my manly vibes into deep space right now.

There are almost certainly other planets that have the right orbit support our kind of life.
We won't reach one in 50 years.
The other earthlike planets don't have humans living on them.
