If you'd asked this quesiton 10 years ago, I'd have said 12 years of age. Nowadays so many games and games consoles are based around the older generation that I think video games will be in peoples houses until they get rid of their televisions. This doesn't mean you've to sit and play until your eyes fall out of your head however. Also, these consoles are becoming so expensive and up to date with technology that you have to have a decent job to get the latest in games consoles. I sell them, among many electrical goods and the majority of buyers for the xbox 360, that I get are males from 20 - 30. The Nintendo brand is generally popular with the much younger players and the Playstation 2 at the moment are children in their early teens who want to impress their friends with the likes of Grand Theft Auto etc.

there isn't an age too old! video games is a past time and anyone can keep playing. Look at video game designers or magazine editors, they play games 24/7 and it never gets too old for them. the new Wii is set for all ages from 8-88 and even younger or older! the glory of games can live on throughout life times and generations!

enjoy

You are never too old! Video games aren't just for kids anymore, and it's a great way to spend time with your family from grandparents on down.

I think you should really move on to other things than video games once you hit about 117 years old.

In other words, NEVER!

you're never too old! not many 65 yr old people play video games now b/c they didn't have them when they were growing up but the people that grew up with them will likely play them when they get older.
