going 51 in a 25!....175 bucks for that!..i was racing....but the cop didn't catch that..so I'll count myself lucky!

mine was because i had parked in ramat gan, across the street from the army base i needed to be at, i had put the parking notes for ramat gan (which means i paid for parking in ramat gan).
i got a ticket for parking without a parking note in bnei brak! apparently, across the street is already a whole different city!
