Three cheers for the authorities over there. Several times they have been able to thwart terror plots over there. I think they have saved thousands of lives today.

how do they know it is Al Queda? and what do 11 egyptian students have to do with it?
do we plan to attack egypt now and that is why we are trying to connect the egyptian students to this plot? these are some of the things i think and in just 20 minutes while watching the news i have heard that i cannot fly with gels, toothpaste or any liquids!! i want to hear more about the latest attempt not what i cannot bring on the plane
so i would think more of this latest attempt if i knew more about it

First, lets state honestly that it has not been proved that Al-Qaeda has anything to do with this.....all anyone will say is it sounds like Al-Qaeda, due to the organization.....and it will probably proved out to be so, but as of yet....no one has said that. Okay, as far as the plot goes....it is a classic example of how the terrorists work....attacking the innocent, and not having the balls to attack the military......Sooner or later they will find out that we shall never give over our country to them.....and it si the military they must defeat...not the civilians

A good job. It just shows you when the terror threat is announced, the authorities quickly close in to arrest the people responsible and thwart their actions.

I find comfort in the fact that these plots are now being detected before they are executed. What kind of man wants to kill innocent men and women and say it is for a God?

It's awful. Planes seem to be such an easy target - it makes flying scary.
