FiFi is the first French girl's name that comes to mind, but not so beautiful! It makes me think of a poodle.
The link below (sources) gives French girl's names with their meanings.
I like:
Isabelle ~ Form of Isabel, which means consecrated to God.
Jolie & Zoe ~ Pretty (names I had picked for my boy, if he were a girl)
Congrats!

My favorite french name is Sophie, but if you are looking for a french word to make into a name - here goes.
Aime (pronounces am in french, but could be amy)=love
Fille (Fee'-ya) means girl
Ciel (C. L.) means heaven
Azur (Ah-sur) means sapphire or blue
Papillon (Pa pih yon) means butterfly
Some may be better for a middle name, but they are unique.
