Yahoo answers changed their style of rating stars!
they invented a new toolbar that has all the tools..they even show the users level underneath their name, before they added the time when you first came to yahooo answers...isnt that soo cool???
BUT theres one thing i HATE about yahoo answers, they suspend people or violate questions for private correspondence or chatting, thats dumb..thas the only reason i hate yahoo answers.
Why cant yahoo accept those kind of questions???

the new graphics are pretty cool...eventho it'll be a while before we get used to it, i think the change has worked well :)
i know what u mean about the "chatting" thing and agree with you there... they really SHOULD take off that category because most of them Qs are really like that (but they're a lot more fun to answer!)

It has always been thus (read the Community Guidelines if you want to know WHY!). Questions like 'How are you?' and 'Anyone wanna chat just email me at ...' really don't have a place here because the point of the site is to gather sensible information which people can refer to.
If, in the process of asking (good) questions and giving (good) answers, you happen to meet someone who thinks the way you do and you want to talk further, then you or they can always send a private message (if you have set that option in your profile and have validated your email address) and you can take it from there.
So it's not dumb to not allow chatting. If you use the site within the guidelines you can have just as good a time and actually meet nice people as well (I have made loads of friends on here - and I mean 'friends', not just chat-buddies!)
I suppose whether you like Answers or not really boils down to whether you are interested in broadening your mind and giving answers which are helpful or add to a discussion. If that's not your scene, there are plenty of other places you can go to fool about.

maybe they are afraid thats the only kind of questions that will come up eventually... 90% hey do you wanna chat questions and 10% normal questions.... im sure thats would happen and then what good would this answer site be... just another chat box like messenger... if you think about it... it good that they dont allow chat type questions... afterall you have chat rooms and 360 and blogs and private websites and email for chat...... why here too?

Chelsea have the toughest final schedule IMO of the superb suited 6. arising they have Fulham, Spurs, Arsenal, QPR, Newcastle then Liverpool and Blackburn. The Newcastle sport in simple terms could determine who receives the final CL spot or Europa. they might desire to play Barcelona 3 days after Spurs and 3 days till now Arsenal. So it rather is going to likely be a project, we are going to see

The other thing I notice is that you don't get points for rating anymore. Think I am gonna be stuck at level 3!!!

I'd say, probably because it's their service, and they've decided that they can provide as they do see fit to it. I mean, they put up the rules, and expect people to abide by them.
And for the new style: Yeah...I love it too!!!
