I don't think we really have any 'names'. I think one knows when the other is talking about some body part or sexual organ, without actually saying it.
That may sound like we're timid, (which were not) but I beleive, that rather than spell it out, the vague suggestion or hint of something can be a real turn on, kinda like the first time.

I call my hubby VIEJO its in Spanish , in English it means OLD MAN :P sometimes i call him feo and that means ugly but that's something we both call each other . :P
oh you mean for his package jeje oh well i tried to come up with something i knew he would hate so i called it Princess Fiona. Its so hilarious , i told him he should have named it first because now i got dibs :P
