How often do you clean your bathroom?

Question

My friend & I have had a long standing disagreement on how often a bathroom should be cleaned. Luckily we have never lived together! I think once a week, she thinks, once every few weeks.
What about you?
Does anyone know the names of the germs that can be found in the bathroom & anything about them?

I clean my bathroom once a week, when I clean the rest of my apartment.

Once a week, and if I think the sink or toilet need it--do I have to get graphic about it?--more than that. There are all kinds of germs to worry about--e coli, staph, and rhinovirus are just a few of the more common ones. I have a real thing about no tooth paste on my sink, so I am always wiping the sink out.

i clean mine at least once a week,and after i shower i wipe the tile downs with a towel.its only sanitary to clean your bathroom at least once a week cause there are many germs you can get such as staph infection ,bacteria,etc,germs like wet places they multiply and breed there.i would agree with you and i would hate to see your friends bathroom,lol.

I clean mine everyday but only a wipe round and picking things off the floor i only do it everyday 'cos i have 5 kids and a messy partner lol i give it a deep clean once a week :)

wow you guys cant have kids i clean my bathroom everyday i dont know about the scientific names of germs but most major bodily functions happen in the bathroom its only logical to assume that area of the home is a playground for various disease causing bacterias

I thoroughly clean the bathroom once a week....but I do pick up and lightly clean it throughout the week

I deep clean mine once a week but pick it up daily & do the toilet as needed..I am a clean freak!well when it comes to the thrown room anyway..=)

I clean my bathroom at least once a week, sometimes twice a week.

2 times a week. Also keep you toothbrush covered. When you flush your toliet you have no idea how many germs go airbourne.

Every time it needs it. And unfortunately, most people don't clean their bathroom often enough. As my pregnant daughter says, "Who wants to vomit in a dirty toilet?"
