Yes-
I have used the Crest white strips (cheap version) and the Crest white strips (ultra or extra - the more expensive ones). Do your self a favor and spend the few extra bucks on the more expensive ones they work much better. Be dilligent and use them 2x a day for as long as you can. The problem is your teeth become sensitive to hot/cold, if that happens just switch to 1x a day, you will still continue to have results. The sensitivity goes away as you stop or reduce use.
TIP- after you brush have your teeth as dry as possible before applying the strips. sounds weird I know, but they stay in place much better. Once they are on you can use your tounge to press them in place.
Keep Smiling -

I've used the Colgate whitening strips before and they whitened my teeth a little, but not much. I did have to stop early though because they really made my gums sensitive.

Lately, I've used the brush-on whitening gel from Crest and it's a lot cheaper than the strips and seems to work just as well, if not a little better. Also, since you paint the gel onto your teeth, you can kind of keep it off your gums.

They work when used as directed, but use with caution, some have been known to damage teeth beyond repair!

No, they do not work. They stain your gums and I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want that 2 happen 2 u.

They can hurt your gums. Stop using if they burn.
