I read a book about this and it gave a full detail about reducing the power of the glasses. There is an institute in Pondicherry India which gives a course for 5 days to this effect. It is an eye centre run by Ramkrishna ashram (this I am not very sure of) which gives you a training in these exercises of eyes by which you are cured within a week.

Ya. it reduces gradually and not all of sudden.
Do eye warm-ups, eye rotations and the various point focusing techniques us taught by ur yogic.
Ayurvedia does not prove to reduce the power, but i hav my friend who hav reduced it to some power by thry yoga.
Jus do them regularly with proper guidance and u can reduce it.

I am not aware of any procedures that can make that much of a difference. Eye exercises to stretch the muscles can make a difference, but I have found that it does not make that much of a change.
Surgery or glasses are the only options that I know of to make such a significant change!

the best medicine is to brush your teeth with branch of neem tree. and avoid seeing nudity. and bent like muslim prayer known as sijda for 10 or 15 minutes.

No... but you CAN do excercises to strengthen your eyes...
Focus on items far away, and then near... and repeat about 15 times...
Wear Pinhole Glasses periodically...
Etc...
