Why now the people around the world just carry the mask to facing their job and co-workers they working with?

I usually very straight forward person, and a bit of blunt to anyone I speaking with. However, as I am working over decade of years. I still wondering why the people are just wearing their MASK to facing people? sometimes truely to talk to you, and then just talk to you behind your back when turn over! Anyone got the same feelings? Isn't that usually happen in some kind of big scale of companies? I need some decent answers!

This happens in all work places,best thing to do is keep work at work and home at home,meaning deal with everyone at work professionally and never discuss your home life or personal business at work.this is the best for a healthy long lasting stay at any employer

Agreed, but work is a professional place (argubly) and often it is a good idea to separate your professional face from your personal face. Bringing too much personal stuff to work is a bad idea. That said, there is something to be said for keeping it real, but you have to watch the context with other people. People who are a lot older/younger will not necessarily relate. i.e. I couldn't give a flying bleep about other people's children because I have none and likewise they probably don't care about the bar I went to last week.

Also, being too nice at work can be a downfall. People will pile work onto someone who looks like they can take it.

Get a greater perfect interest. it may't be common, yet I surely have worked jobs the place the workers lacked a artwork ethic. no longer something ever variations except each and all of the present undesirable workers and executives are enable go from the interest. I think this is not a general quality for all of the people, the fact is that most of us do this often time to get our work done or relationship to be established. I think in some cases that they feel jealous or anxious about you, they do this purposefully, otherwise I don't think that anyone do this is there is no benefit for that. Of course there is small amount of people that do this thing to enjoy!. Anytime that this happened to me I tried to find the reason, and all of the time I could find. In short I don't think this is a general quality for all people.

I agree with "chunga" try as hard as possible to keep your business and personal lives seperate. That way those people have nothing to talk about because they only know your work personality. Plus it will get you through the day faster not worrying about what other people think.

nowadays people are only cares about money.they don't really care about who they are dealing with.as long as they don't get into troubles.sometimes they do that with their 'boss' so that they can get into promotion faster...means they are selfish!!!!
