This simple guide may help you along the way;during the mentrual cycle days which are important for anyone anticipating conception.
Day 1-most women start bleeding it should be red blood.
Day 6 most women stop bleeding though may varied with women.Follicles stimulating Hormone(FSH) increases which helps the ovary produce mature eggs and the uterus prepares for fertilization.
Day 14 Egg released or ovulation day which can be may be confirmed by sampling cervical mucous(the slimy liquid around the cervix).Having intercourse every other day may increase your chances to conceive. There is an eventual rise in temperature due to increase levels of progesterone, the hormone that helps nurish a fertilized egg and ensures a healthy pregnancy. There should be ready sperm in the fallopian tubes where fertilization takes place.Sperm can survive inside woman 5-7 days.
Day 20-If fertilized egg meets the uterus and implantation takes place 6-12 days after ovulation.
Day 28- If unfertilized the uterus starts shedding which gives rise to another cycle.
some useful suggestions with reference to sexual position, diet, even medications are readily available at conception centers. I shall like to say that a child is an honor to every woman and most women would give what it takes if there was a sure bet.
I believe it is the will of the giver that every desiring woman conceives.Get a receiving mind set up,be psychologically and emotionally prepared, and sooner or later the lucky one wil get it.Good luck.

I'm trying to do the same thing. First thing is to try and figure out when you ovulate (which is usually 14 after your last cycle if you cycle runs 28 days) and have sex within the 5 days before ovulation. When you have sex make sure he's on top and after he comes have him lay there for a minute. Then elevate your pelvis with a pillow for about 20-30 minutes. Try to avoid going to the bathroom until then.

Having sex..is a good start?! Go to Parents Web site and they should have a listing for conception...click there and it will ask you how many days of your period? length and then it will give you 6 months or a year..can't remember of the calander days that YOU should be able to conceive! You also shouldn't go to the bathroom or douche after sex...leave the sperm in your body up to 6 hours...I did this and it took me 6 months of crying cause I'd get my period...but the VERY last month I was going to try...I got pregnant and now he's almost 3 yrs old...GOOD LUCK!!

Well have you talked this over with your Husband? You have to make sure the both of you are ready for something like this.
Financially, Emotionally, ETC
Do you have room for a baby? Do you have the time for one?
The best time to conceive is a few days before you are ovulating. Here is a website to let you know when you are going to ovulate:

well you should start taking folic acid pills and prenatal pills and then have sex when u are ovulating also if you put a pillow under you butt when you do it so you are elevated and then after your husbands stays inside you for a little it helps. I went to google and typed in ways to get preg and that is some things what it told me and I did it and me and my husband found out I was pregnant.
