'96 Concorde-radio, locks, alarm, remote went dead--where do I start?

changed plugs and wires successfully and then after that the remote doesn't work, neither do door locks, alarm and stereo. can't get into the trunk either. All little connectors under the hood seem to be okay. Does anyone out there have any suggestions where I should look next?

Check the iod (ignition off draw) fuse in the fuse panel.

try finding a reset button
