There are a few Irish songs with green, white and gold in them The first is named 'Long Journey Home' by Elvis Costello but I'll include the chorus for another two in case the first one is not the one you are looking for

Be more specific there are tons of Irish Republican songs ranging from shan-nos to ballads to thin lizzy
