I think it's a little strange and the other day I felt a bit degraded. I was giving him head and he called me a dirty girl. Why would he call me that?

If you really were in this situation you would have reported it already.
Plus, since the displayed pic is fake,I wouldn't be surprised if you were a guy who had some seirous sick issues.

I doubt the your boss is your dad. He can't be your dad if he wants to have some other relation with you, the daughter.
Tell him clearly that you will fill a law suit against him if he continue 'advancing more'.
I on the other hand would like to tell you that if you left your fathers house you will be eaten to Finnish. So it is advise able to warn your father and settle the matter then and there.
I hope you will do as I advise you, as it is in your benefit.
