well prepairing for all the management exams ,do not want to waste time so i cannot decide whether to look for a job or do a course with it.I am 23 so quite worried about my future and carrer.At present i have searched for a few courses but where to look for a good and valuable short term courses.

If you can be able to secure a job, then I would suggest that you do so at the same time prepare for the management exam. Once you complete the management exam, you can enroll to do the course you wanted, hence having the benefit of both i.e. work experience and a good educational background, very good for your resume.

Better you should Pepair your self for Higher studies.
Short term Course are time BIASED and when there demand completes they will no longer support you.
Although thease courses Makes a good CV. incase the company you are applying after is looking for such candidate.
After all the goal of your learning must be to earn good bread and butter.
Your age is not so much Target your self on MBA and there will good results awaiting for you.
Companies Pays only BOSSES not slaves.

a good course will only help u texual info,but search for job wil give u more understanding and such questions are asked more which dealts with practical knowledge .so quickly apply for any job
