First I'd reccomend finding a live instructor since as a beginner you will not have good positioning and posture for the dance and a DVD cannot give the proper alignment and assistance you will need. However in the event that you cannot take a lesson with a live instructor I would Reccomend the videos by Suzanna Del Vecchio because they offer a lot more about proper positioning, posture, and body alignment then most others. They are a little spendier but are well worth the money since it could halp you avoid injury. Her precision motion workout series will keep you quite busy. All that being said I'm going to give you this shameless plug to my website which offers online descriptions of movements and a lot of other helpful stuff for beginners to advanced dancers with more on the way
