It would depend upon the laws in both locations. Check with your local Registrar or County Clerk's office.

You can get married by mail, just about anyone can marry someone else.

Basically, as long as they are part of a church - ie, the church of universal life - http://www.ulc.net/ - a person can become ordained. By law, this person can marry people together.

So, you get a friend to get ordained, you go to your local court house: get the papers necessary to file for marriage - you fill out the info, sign the paper - your friend fills out the info, signs the paper (stating she's ordained by ulc) - then you mail it, they sign it, mail it back.

Get a witness to state they saw people sign it.

BAM

marriage.

this is a good question that I am not 100% sure but I would have to say no.it is a good idea, also I was thinking of online funerals too, this would be good fo people to attend a funeral of a friend that lives far away and could not make it.I am sure eventually these practices will take place in the future.

Yes you can, but I would not suggest it. Better to be with the person in person for a while before you get married

have you met the guy? either way, if you want to live in the US, the guy should fly to you in the US cause you need to have a marriage license in the country of residency.

I do not know. I suggest you both consult an attorney with expertise in marriage law.
