this really depress me but I cant when I see any Women in the street on T.V on the internet even if she is ugly I cant stop my self for watching her . So please help me i want to stop this bad habit please

It sounds like you might be young, and the feelings are strange to you. The spelling might be the same thing. It is normal to be attracted to breasts for a sexually mature male. However, if this has become an obsession that interferes with your relationships or normal activities, then it has gotten out of balance. When you mature you should see women as a whole person, and not just get hung up on her breasts. If it happens that you get addicted to porn to see breasts or something like that, again which is not seeing the woman as a whole person, then I would seek help in counseling.

It's not good what you are doing. But at least you have realise that what you are doing is wrong. It's just a question of willingness. Just let it be clear in your mind that whatever you are doing is wrong. Am sure you will be able to stop this bad habit. Remember that where there is a will, there is a way. Wish you all the best.

Its normal for men to notice big boobs. But dont become obsessed by it.
If you find yourself paying a bit too much attention to her boobs try and see her as a whole person. And that shes got a personality etc.
It might just be a phase you are going through, dont worry about it.
Failing that advice, just dont make it too obvious.
