I think the qualities of succesfull women, depend on each person, it's what makes them happy. And I consider myself successful and very fortunate, I have a wonderful husband and two children, and being with them it's what makes me happy.

a successful woman is someone who is happy with her life and has achieved what she wants most. that may be to be home with her children and teaching them valuable lessons, or it may be to be incredibly successful at school or work. Whatever the case success is determined from your state of mind and whether or not you are happy with yourself.
I am not successful yet, but I am on my way. I am trying to become a work at home mom, and after next week that will be a reality. I want to make myself into something by getting my degree and getting a well paying job that my kids can be proud of, but in the mean time I want to show them that mom is proud of them and that I can be home and be happy.
I hope that they learn from my example, that is when I will be successful.

Successful qualities in a woman would include but not limited to education, empowered thinking, independent ( doesn't have to have a man, but does when she choses), has dreams and goals, speaks her mind and follows her heart.
