I have a Macintosh Ibook, in which I'm exchanging for a Macbook, next month. It seems to freeze every once in awhile, even when you restart. And sometimes when you try to restart, you get the bomb and have to restart it manually. Any help here? (I'm not sure what category would fit it for troubleshooting errors.)

Seriously it sounds like you have some kind of virus OR spyware on your computer. try going to www.techguyforums.com and explaining to the people on there EXACTLY what your computer is doing and what kind of software you are running. They can probably help. They fixed my Dell for me. I had two things on it that my Norton Corporate Edition Antivirus software did not pick up. They helped me get rid of it!
