Wow that is a really good question.
I would have to say The Hulk, but spidey would put up a good fight.
It would be a movie id go see.

This fight has happened before. Mainly the Hulk usually wins if you call it that. Spidey keeps punching (which doesn't hurt the Hulk) and keeps dodging Hulk's punches. The only time Spider-Man won by force was when he had cosmic powers. Spidey hit the Hulk so hard that it put him into orbit. However, in an issue of Amazing Spider-Man, Spidey admits that he knows how to beat the Hulk but it also has the possibilty of killing him.

Hummmm.. Depends. They are both intelligent except from when the hulk is peed off. The Hulk could easily ring Spiderman's tiny neck but Spiderman is more conscious of whats going on. For some funny reason I could see Spiderman catching the Hulk in his web then calm him down some how, then sit down to have a nice cup of tea and talk about there issues. LOL

honestly, draw.
spider-man (pete, ben, or miguel) has the spead and agility, plus the webing that even the hulk in past battles had problems with.
hulk (bruce or 2099) is all about power, unlimited power, till he's knocked out.
now there is one more thing to consider, if the hulk has the human mind or the hulks empty skull. if he has a human mind, then this is how the battle would be.
spidy is runnin around like a crack head, hulk lewers him into a trap, squshes spidy like a bug.
now if its the hulks brain, or lack there of.....
same thing, spidy ends up being beat to a pulp but knocks the hulk out by webbing up a wall (building was destroyed in the battle) crashing it down on him head, webbing up a pile of rubble, swinging it around building momentum, hitting hulk in the temple with the rubble, knocking him out and making him transform back into "the puney human"

spidey has stated himself no way, no how am I fighting the Hulk if I can help it. he rather face the sinster six then him or an army of green goblins. Spidey is smarter, depending if Banner's intelligence isn't or is in control. He knows not go looking for the hulk

Hulk would definitely win cause yes spidey is fast and strong for himself and has web but hulk is strong and can jump far and yeah hulk would win.
