I know someone who wants to be a cop ...and he hates women and anyone that doesn't say exactly what he wants them to say. He is profane and needs anger managment. Does the police department have screening to weed out these angry psychotic men? I hope so..because lives depend on the screening.

All your big city police deparments require that you go through a psychological exam as a prerequsite to become a police recruit. This guy has got to be on his toes fool these psychologists.Also, the police do interviews and do a thorough background check which goes back to childhood.

Psychological exams before employment are always the order of the day. However, instead of posting here and crying out how this person may be a danger why don't you make the effort to go to that particular department and talk with a supervisor there. Or would you rather sit back and if he gets hired say "I knew it all along" and blame someone else when you had this little jewel of information all along.
Or perhaps being a responsible and concerned citizen isn't in your vocabulary? Unless of course this is pure speculation on your part and cannot be proven. Then it becomes slanderous.

If you know he's applying and you feel he's not right for the job, perhaps you could inform the police about your concerns. I'm not sure if you can do it anonymously, I just think that if he's a danger to those he ought to protect, then people who know about him (like yourself) should do something.
Then again, there are a lot of "Phil and Niges" about on the beat.

He could fail the psychological test, but it doesn't always work.
Some girl I was sweet on in high school married a Highway Patrol office who was a wife beater.

nope....actually they like the pig type of guy. My kids dad (my ex) had to be under a court order to pay child support, still half pays, and hasnt seen his kids except in passing by in about 5 years. AND THE FUNNIEST DAMN THING IS HE IS A COP!!!!!! LMAO ! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT???? What gives in our society? What will we do next, hire a crackhead to be the city manager? Seriously, these people who hire these crazies are sick. Anyway.,......enough venting..my blood pressure is rising...lol

90 % of our law enforcement is made up of this type of people.ones who in school where tortured or laughed at by women and men ( students that is )
