Wow, breaking out the Imperfects, eh?
Either way, Johnny Ohm. He's quicker, has better ranged attacks, and he won't have a mental breakdown in the middle of the fight. Brigade's just outclassed.

I think that Johnny Ohm would win cause he doesn't have thousands of people thought running through his mind like Brigade does.

I hate Johnny Ohm...I beat his A$$ everytime with Daredevil...I hate him....OMG...I hate him sooo much...thanx for reminding to go home and beat him up some more.
Anywho...Brigade can blast into the air while he's doing that "electrifloat thingy"...plus he's mroe durable.
I really hate Johnny Ohm.
