How big is the file? I take it that you haven't got a floppy disk drive either, surely you would have mentioned it if you had one? I cannot imagine that the file is too big for a floppy, but even if it is you can get a free file splitter program from: http://www.dekabyte.com/filesplitter/
It's only a 321KB download size.
Failing that, if you can't do it yourself, get someone who knows what they are doing to take your hard drive out, & hook it up to another computer. (Putting the hard drive into what is called a USB enclosure ..& connecting your hard drive to another computer via usb as an external hard drive is a very easy & very quick procedure for someone who knows what they are doing & it's very simple to just put your hard drive back into your laptop aswell).

You don't say how it is stuck, do you mean that your computer has locked up (crashed) if that is the case you can only turn it off and restart the laptop hoping that the MS word ( I assume you use word) auto save feature is turned on. If the laptop hasn't crashed and there is another reason why it is 'stuck' try this:--

1) keep pressing the F8 key when you turn the laptop on - keep pressing until you get the advanced boot menu (black screen white writing)
2) use your cursor keys to select the top option (safe mode)
3) press the enter key twice
4) When windows has loaded (it might look a bit different than usual) click START-->ALL PROGRAMS-->ACCESSORIES-->SYSTEM TOOLS-->SYSTEM RESTORE
5) "RESTORE MY COMPUTER TO AN EARLIER TIME" should be already selected
6) click next
7) Select a date (in bold type) when your computer was last working ok.
8) click next again

No USB, no printer, no disk drive, and no internet or networking. sounds like you are going to have to copy it on a piece of paper and retype it.
