As you may know, diabetes damages the circulatory system. It especially damages the smaller vessels in the eyes. High blood pressure can do the same thing. Viagra works by allowing an expanding of the arteries and narrowing of the veins which produces an erection. Good news for sexually penetration, but is it good for diabetics with high blood pressure?

That you will have to ask your doctor. Personally, I wouldn't want to see you use it without an okay first. There is too much at risk for you.

Get going and good luck!

Since you can only get Viagra from an M.D., your Physician can answer that question.
Anyone with HBP or diabetes should consult their Physician before taking anything, even OTC medicines as they can affect their prescriptions.
Seek out webmd.
