Will power I believe comes from an inner strength , and years of training in self discipline. It doesn't come in a short time You have to have a good foundation in morals, and never give in to doing wrong, no matter how tempting.I pray to God everyday for this moral strength to do right, and I have been blessed in this area.Even if you are NOT religious, strive to do the right thing at all times. Force yourself, when the going gets tough. This is the only way to build your will power.

only you need to but a value to your work. it is only you that make you do that. many people know that sport is good and many know that reading or hearing news is good but how many people do not do that. why? because they do not well undersatand the value of it or they are not welling to do it. all the things to do it as first you do it unwelling but after some time you are commited to it. like any other habbit give it some time then you will say you can not live with out.

As in giving up smoking or sweets?
Ask yourself what do you want more: your health or lung cancer
a slim figure or social ostracizm and act accordingly.
