Any recommendations for a resort in Hurgada? I prefer all inclusive 4 or 5 star, reasonable price but if anyone has any to recommend that are not all inclusive or that are 3 star please tell me about it.
Any good tips about Hurgada in general?

Reasonable price with good quality I propose: Giftun or Arabia...
Luxury? Then go to El-Gouna or Soma Bay... These are very close to Hughada and considered to be the new part of it... Still you need to have to drive for some distance from Hurghada airport to reach it...

First of all it depends on if you are going to Egypt alone or with your friends. It is better to go with friends to Hurgada and alone to Sharm-el-Sheikh. Anyway if you have decided to go to Hurgada, then choose Desert Rose Hotel (it is one of the best) or Alibaba (here is the best disco). And if you are planning to see the pyramides then you can do it from Hurgada only as Sharm-el-Sheikh is far away but it is more beautiful with its fish in the Red sea.
And there are two good night clubs in Sharm-el-Sheikh. They are Pacha and Black House. So it is up to you to choose.

i think the helton resort in hurgada is nice and cheap too...actually i am planning to spend my honeymoon in it
