That depends on height and weight and even the sex of the individual. The exact amount of drinks it takes to get drunk depends on the tolerance level of the person that is doing the drinking. In any case, if you drink; don't drink and drive!!

It's like this: if you are pulled over and the officer smells alcohol on your breath, you're in for a sobriety test regardless. Whether you pass or not depends on different factors.

Legally, in Tennessee, if you have a "BAC" ( blood alcohol content ) of ".08" or above, you are legally drunk, will spend no less, but not limited to, 48 hours IN jail ( no work releases ), forced to buy 'high risk' insurance for, but not limited to, one year and if you want to get a restricted license, you will have to apply. When and if you get a 'restricted' driver's license, the background, behind your picture, will be 'RED' instead of blue, and if you're 'en route' or returning from any other place except your job, grocery store, or church, you will be charged with "driving on a revoked driver's license".

PS almost forgot; if you're an illegal Mexican, you will probably be released without charges after you "sleep it off" in the 'trunk tank'

It depends. Liquors vary in the alcohol level so it really depends on what you drink. Also your tolerance to alcohol. Some people can just drink more than others. You should experiment on yourself to see what happens.

Depends on your definition of "drunk". Whatever that definition is, the amount of alcohol consumed to reach that point varies with the body weight of the person imbibing.
