We have America to thank for IQ tests. American psychologists devised the tests, and made an IQ of 100 the average. They later discovered that the average in Western Europe is 110.
And before you report this as abuse, check it out with the American Institute of Psychology.

Most people are of average intelligence, so I guess it is what you are taught that makes a difference.
Geographical position is only relevent to teaching standards and the content of the mass media.
Gullibility however is inpossible to asses.
