Tubal ligation is 99.2% effective on what its for (prevention of pregnancy), but there is still that very small percentage (.8% chance that a pregnancy can happen). If a pregnancy does happen, there is a greater chance that it will be an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy which will have to end because a baby cant grow or survive outside the womb. Also, you need to find new friends because your friend sounds like a whore now that she thinks she is safe from pregnancies. She is not safe from getting an STD and it sounds like all her encounters are unprotected sex.

it may look that when 4 years that she should not be pregnant, yet there is often the possibility. in all probability maximum suitable to be sure for helpful earlier you start up demanding approximately who's that that's. It sounds distinctly unhappy that she does not spend greater time together with her husband. I discern the possibilities are greater proper that that's Mr. 11.

If she's been having sex with more than one man it's going to be hard to tell who the father is. Remember, it only takes one time to get pregnant.

I'm thinking the sex was to rough & possabily disrupted her crevix & utures.
Rough sex can delay a peroid.
She needs to be seen by a Dr. & have a pelvic exam, there could be dammage.
Good Luck.
