Why put off today what you can put off tomorrow. I hope this helps!

When I can't get motivated to iron, I've found it helps to put on a good movie. I don't think I'd recommend a thriller or action movie---you might burn yourself---but a travel movie or romantic comedy makes the time fly by. Sometimes I'll even watch a kid movie with my daughter while I iron. It keeps her out of the way, we enjoy being together, and the ironing goes like a breeze. You might even rent or buy movies specifically for ironing day and bring them out as a treat. Who knows, you might even start looking forward to ironing?! Once you get it done you won't have to dread it anymore and it will be a load off your shoulders. Happy ironing!

Put it away un-ironed and iron as and when you need it. Who in their right mind can face an hour or so of ironing! Theres always something more interesting to do = D

Life's too short to worry about the ironing. If you can't be bothered to do it all at once, just put everything away and iron what you need, when you need it.

I often put it off as well but the best way is to stick on a film that doesnt need that much concentration to watch and just start ironing. When the pile starts going downyou tend to feel a lot better

Because ironing is one of the worst household chores there is! Make it more fun. Put your radio on and sing and do a few dance steps while your ironing. It won't seem so bad then. Have fun!

What's up with you all? I don't mind ironing it's nice to see it all done -job satisfaction. The smell of the clothes(after they've been hung on the line to dry)as you are ironing them is really fresh - cant beat it.
All right I must be weird.

Because like the iron you could be steaming?

Just grab it out of the dryer as soon as it's done. (or right before) Hang it up and chances are you won't need to iron as much. Unless of course you like to buy those clothes that wrinkle when you look at them...
