I hate that too. We have a CONTINUOUS right turn right by my job, and every morning it never fails someone stops,(even though the little green arrow is telling them to keep going) and holds up like 30 cars. Never fails. Makes me wanna strangle them.

While in some cases it is legal to turn right on red a person is not legally required to do so until the light turns green and the traffic is clear.

Maybe they drive on the left and should turn Left on a red

Because they need to remove TV from their lives. Maybe then, they could slow their lives down enough to pay attention to the free right.

i don't know but it drives me insane. When there is not a sign that says no turn on red. then turn if you can please.
