Hate is not the proper word and it is not the case that everybody dislikes them. It is common to observe prejudice in almost all races against one or the other.
In general Pakistanis are intelligent and competent and despite the limited opportunities at their disposal, one could find Pakistanis working at top managerial positions all over the world. I am not talking about the numbers but the capability.
As far as democratic process is concerned Pakistanis had been unlucky and this has enabled other powers to use the state for their own interests. Once they were forced to act like a nursery to produce “mujahideen” (holly worriers) and now the unused mujahideen are the terrorist. Common Pakistani could not be blamed for this.

Do they really?
There is one thing that separates them from other people and that is that they are the main country to perpetuate the terror that is being felt everywhere else. Where are the al qaeda training camps?
This could be why most pakistani people feel like they are being hated. If the people shopped the terrorists into the government/UN then the rest of the world will look on them in a better light.

So many people with such clouded minds. Pakistani's are people. They deserve to be treated as such. As for the person who said they are talking 'all our jobs'..are you applying for these jobs??? Are these jobs all for you??? If Pakistani's dont work how do you expect them to survive..also some of the Pakistani's and Eastern European's do jobs no one else would dream of doing. I like the world has different races..we should all learn from each other instead of hating all the time. And it makes me laugh that you say they smell like curry...I bet you love a curry on a saturday night with a pint of beer.

Why u ask this? I think generally some ppl from one race will hv prejudice on another, we see it happening all the time. i personally dont hate pakistani folks maybe some ppl may need to know their habits or looks or smell or language a little more and this "hate" may lessen or go away totally.

I don't hate Pakistani people, or Hindu's, or Muslims or Americans or Iraqi's or ....I wish we could all live peacfully and happy. I'd be happy to have them around and become my friends.
What I DO NOT LIKE-- is the people who wish to cause harm to innocent people for no other reason than their personal glory to their religion. They then they run and hide behind the innocent people of their own race and community. Their selfishness is proven in that they don't mind killing and harming their own for revenge.
I have personal "beefs" with people and governments and stuff but that doesn't mean I will kill my neighbor and his children to prove my point.

I find it very disturbing and narrow minded that so many people responded to that question by saying that it is because they are immigrants. How can people ay that. Pakistani people have been living in England for centuries. Who made England your country any how??

I don't at all. My dads best mate is Pakistani, and he and his family have always been really warm and welcoming to us. Except for when he used to make me eat lots of horrible sickly sweet desserts after dinner when I was a kid. I was too polite to say no.

I was itching to post something about them smelling of curry and all being suicide bombers, but that wouldn't be true.
I don't think everyone hates them, Pakistani people (those in the UK) seem to segregate themselves from society in general and live in very insular communities. This doesn't help ignorant people to realise that they are trying to acheive a better quality of life. Stories of benefit fraud and exploitation of immigration laws don't help either.

Who says everybody does? The best person from that neck of the woods is Amir Khan the boxer. Proud of his roots, but proud to fight under the Union Jack. Good on ya Amir. :)
