The best way to tackle stress is tackle your mind. Once u are in command of your mind, u can control anything.
Over and above that talking to someone who you are close to, you look upto, can help you tackle stress and last but not the least
Do what makes you happy, like listening to music, meditating, singing, dancing etc

Only a music can change the mind or moods of a person.

My suggestions are

- Start doing meditation
- Read books of Stress Management
- When you get in to stress, Just close your eys a while and take deep breath inn and out, you see automatically the stress will come down, then you can think of other action.
