Best thing to do is be open and honest with him. If you have reason not to trust him point out what it was that caused your mistrust. As for being moody, everyone has bad days and some people have them more than others. Could it be that you are acting differently towards him? Good luck

Try looking into his eyes before you start telling him so, and tell him that he's not going to like what he's going to hear, so that he won't break down in front of you when he hears the news. Throughout the course, keep your words simple and keep the whole thing short and to the point. He might say something bad to you out of defense 'cos he might feel as if you and the others badmouthed about him, but stand your ground and don't return those harsh words. The truth is he's alone now, and you have your friends. So empathize with him.

Hi.
I would advice you to tell him the truth. I will be of no use to lie to him. Just be frank. Who knows, maybe this might make him change his behaviour. But as you said that you don't trust him, this means that he did something bad and wrong. No use staying with these kind of people. But it would be better to have a serious conversation with him before taking any decision. Hope this helps. Wish you all the best.

we means more than one person thinks he should live.u sat & talked behind his back,we all come from different homes which means different backgrounds, tell him him that u dont trust him due to what he might have done, get an explanation from him, about his moods, tell him u r a team and being moody wont help build anything, in short, sometimes throwing out someone isn't a solution, learn to solve things and not runing away from them

That's a hard one to do. You need to try and explain it away in a kind an sensetive manner. Maybe something like:
"We've had a think, and maybe it's time for you to cast off on your own.."
Or just slowly edge towards the topic in a normal conversation. Don't make him think like he's being cheated on or ganged up on.

Just do it! Straight upo and honest is messy at first but is the best way in the long run.
