is it better to do job in Inida or in Abroad?i am doing B.tech ,wat i have to do further to get a job .?

I m doing B.tech with very godd %.how can i get good job in a good company,Is B.tech is enough or i have to do some masters also?plz suggest me.

Well if you are interested in studies and Research and Development then you can go for some Masters in Eng or Masters in Technology.
If u think u wanna settle in a good job stop studying further and now a days if u are an engineering or technology graduate(B.E or B.Tech) software companies are ready to take u as such .They may come to ur college for campus selection. Or u can go and attend their call for interview by seeing the advertisements in the newspaper.u can get from 2 to 5 lakh rupees per year and that is a good pay if u are in india.(comes around 12000 to 40000 rupees per month).The salary depends upon your college name and fame.People from IIT and anna universities got employment in Microsoft with 5 lakhs as their annual income.
All u need is to prepare urself for the general questions like aptitude,puzzles and a little bit of english grammar for most of the companies and any one programming knowledge for big companies like microsoft,IBM,Sun etc.,If u are not a programming guy/gal try learning a program like java,dot net,c,c++ etc. web technologies like java and dot net are catching up now

you are doing pretty good job
just make sure that you score very good in your exams i.e above 75% Agg.
First of all find the weak and strong points in the technical papers you have, and if it is software, do have strong knowledge of your languages.
choose a particular field you are interested in and do specialisation in it.
