Yes of course. Psychologists almost all agree that dreams are the way the brain processes and deals with information that it was too busy to deal with or process during the waking hours. Kind of like disc defragmentation in your computer if you will. They are also a reflection of your emotional state and the things your sub-conscious mind is dealing with. For example dreams of your own death might mean you were emotionally devastated, or dreams of a loved one might mean they were in the back of your mind all day but you could not or did not consciously think of them.
There are those who believe in parallel universe theory which has shown that time travels forwards as we see it and backwards as we are unable to see it because we are locked in time as they state, and dreams sometimes are the way we can see what is for us the future but what in reality is also the past, in this way they can explain precognition etc.
There are many theories and postulations as to the origins of our dreams, it is certainly a subject worth studying....
As for your teeth you may feel guily because you have not been brushing as much, or symbolically the teeth may mean you feel you are losing your beauty or your ability to defend yourself or you are worried about growing old. It depends on your main association with your teeth, When you think of the word "teeth" what it the first thing you think of? That should give you a clue...
Good luck to you, and sweet dreams!

If my dreams mean anything, then the world is damned.
This one time I dreamt there was a lady who was literally crying peanut butter, and I dreamt that zombies came out of some frozen wasteland and ate everyone (the only nightmare I've ever had), and then I dreamt that I got sucked into my computer and turned into a mouse...
It's better not knowing what they mean ;D But if you really want to know, search it up on Google (I've provided some websites below).

I do not. I once asked a psychiatrist this very question. He said dreams mean you are in REM sleep, the fourth level of sleep. Your body is essentially paralyzed, but your brain continues to function.
I have the same dream occasionally. My dental hygienist told me that, when she and her classmates were studying for finals at dental hygiene school, many of them had this dream the night before the test.
It may be related to dry mouth. Some people breath through the mouth when sleeping. Your mouth dries out if in a deep sleep, and feels different to your still-functioning brain.
Don't worry about it until your teeth fall out. Then you know you have a problem.

its been proven that dreams are the way in which your brain sorts out the events of the day, everything from emotion to storing info for memory purposes.
it has even been said that dreams are actually more important than sleep itself and some beleive that if the human brain is starved of dreams then you would start to act out some very phsychotic behaviour that we would normally get out of our system during a dream!
just in case your wondering, i read a book on it all. as for the dream bout your teeth, maybe subconsciously your worried that you eat too much sugar?! just a thought

It means you were dreaming. Dreams are just the mind throwing images about while it's sorting itself out. Your mind defragments itself each time you sleep and what you see is the images and thoughts it's moving about.
It could be that you fear your teeth falling out or that you've thought a bit about it during the day and now you're returning to it.

I don't - I think they are your brain doing its filing - sorting out all the stimuli it has received - if you are worried about something you are likely to have a related anxiety dream, but sometimes the anxiety shows itself in something odd - like teeth falling out, or being naked in public. I don't think they are premonitions or have any kind of mystical meaning I'm afraid.

Loss of personal power because teeth help us eat food, 'lacking teeth' is a phrase that is often phrased in context with policies etc to highlight that they have no authority or force to back up the issues addressed so it could mean you feel like you can't back up your own ideas/actions.

I think dreams have some subconscious meaning. According to the link below it is a commom theme dream and your dream means that you fear being embarrassed. (The teeth represent our appearance.) More info is provided on the link below.
