The easiest way is to be born that way. You can study and work all you want and it will help. But some people are just born that way and no matter how hard you, or I for that matter, work they will still be smarter than we are. I know, I know makes me mad too.

So seems you will have to take the difficult route. I agree you need to know your inner self that way you can pick an area that most interests you and become a genius in that specific area. Its to hard to be a genius with everything. I also suggest reading and listening to classical music maybe even start painting and keeping a diary. You just need to stimulate your mind as much as you possible can. Playing Chess is a great hobby to get the brain juices going too. And make sure you LEARN what you're doing and not just memorize it in the moment. Good luck and come back and teach me something once you've achieved "genius status".

Solve puzzles (good to improve problem solving ability) and the next step would be maths/logic oriented problems; get into the habit of reading and collecting information on a wide variety of topics (variety makes the brain create new connections to resolve the knowledge), be curious and do not stifle your imagination. Just about anything is possible should be your motto. Ok that may be a bit unpractical but who said a genius is worldly wise. Thats a trade-off. Paint/draw/play music ...... or any other creatice pursuit. Yes its not easy unless you are born a prodigy.

Next is to realize that smart people are usually narrow-minded, because they think they are above everyone else and their ideas are the most correct ones.

The true genius is not someone who can do 10 digit multiplication in their head in 5 seconds. A genius, I think, is someone who can think outside the box, someone who can come up with new ideas to solve problems, someone who is willing to accept others' suggestion, and definitely someone who know they are not always right. Doing artistic things help your creative side of the brain, which I think is important to problem solving.

You can't become a genius unless you have a natural gift. But what you can do is educate yourself so you seem intelligent. Also, you don't have to be a genius to get a good job and to go to college. IQ tests have little knowledge areas. They are mostly logical, which can only be taught to a small degree.

True Genius is inherent. You may study to become more
knowledgeable or expert on/in any particular field, but Genius
refers to natural abilities.(w/o study or preparations)
