Honey-Monster - because he will have eaten a good breakfast of Sugar-Puffs. I don't recall ever seeing He-Man eat breakfast.

I think accounting for the weight muscle ratio it would be the honey monster. Who may even in fact feed he man the said cereal causing him to choke and refuse to activate the Heinrick manuver.
