I would be Captain Obvious, and would have the totally awesome ability to know what's going to happen about 20 seconds after it happens.

i am superhero with anti-terrorism instinct, i shall know the plans of terrorists before hand and foil them and also inform other security agencies involved.and thus reduce the fear of TERROR to some extent
