Well that sure is an interesting question. To tell you the truth- I don't have the slightest clue. Plus, I doubt it is possible to contact extraterrestrials using the internet, or possible to contact them at all!

Depending on the distance of the planet you would need a HUGE antenna to project the signal. Threes one already in Puerto Rico that measures alien activity: anything fastest than what we have on earth is considered alien.

You start by left clicking the "start" button in the lower left hand corner of your monitor. A menu will pop up and you need to click the "shut down" button. Another menu will pop up that will ask are you sure... click the "turn off computer" button.
When your computer shuts off, try to get reconnected with reality.
