Can locks be changed on a camper trailer and is it real expensive?

You should be able to do this yourself.

Unscrew the two screws on the slide latch.

Now unscrew the two screws at the handle on the inside of the door.

Slide the two portions apart. Inside, and outside of the door.

Now you can remove the slide latch.

Reassemble in opposite direction.
