No, nobody will pay you anything if you forward those kind of messages.
Someway or the other, these forwarded emails reach to spammers (together with the forwarded addresses, of course) and the only thing you get is more spam.

No and think about it logically, how would the Red Cross organization have any way of knowing how many emails got forwarded?
As other people have said, it is a scam designed to waste your time and others (the people you forward it to). Just delete it and you have done the world a big favor.
Oh, and you may want to email the person back who sent it to you in the first place and let them know too.

Sometimes when you forward think to people, when they get your email and will continue to send email spams to you. Just becareful. Find out about the service/company you are sending to~
today's technology is great! you better watch out when you send your info online~
