Do press-ups. Start with five in the first week. Increase by five every week until you are doing about sixty press-ups everyday. By the time you are doing 60 press-ups everyday, you will have good looking shoulders.
It would be even better if you do some sit-ups too. Same method. Start small but work your way to about 60 sit-ups a day.

Push ups are really good but you have lot of things to use in Gym to increase your shoulder. Lift some weight when you are lying on table also help.
Better go for gym.

drink milk. my mom is 5'6 as is my dad my brother is 5"7 and my sister is around the same, they all have small frames. i am 6'2 and have a very large frame, and i have drunk a large ammount of milk all of my life, about 2 pints a day, i have never broken a bone dispite numerous sports that i take part in.
Im no doctor but milk is great to me, i think it is the reason for my size and strength, gd question man.
(semi-skimmed or you will get fat)
