First do you mean smelling fresh? Second great hygiene and wearing panti liners. I dont understand what you're asking. What is ve an undies closet? To keep them fresh in the dresser drawers I place a few sented dryer sheets in the drawer with my undies and bras

To keep anything clean, you have to wash it frequently.
To keep the undies smelling nice, keep your old perfume bottles without their caps in the drawer or shelf where you store the undies. Alternatively, you could even throw fragrant soap wrappers into the place
I know a person who just washes his clothes with a good quality detergent that has a mild fragrance; the guy doesn't even need to wear perfume now!

well wash them for a start. But why do you want them to spell very nice ! (do you mean smell ) I have not heard of undies doing spelling before .

Don't get wet so much... I know it sounds nasty, but usually, a girl gets wet "down there..." Just keep wiping it away, it'll help for one.
